Notices

A notice is a formal communication the Trust issues to the public record: how the Trust is constituted, how it is served with legal process, what it will and will not charge, how it handles records, and how to tell a genuine communication from an impersonation. Each notice carries a reference number so it can be cited precisely. A notice number of the form CRT-N-2026-00N is the Trust's own reference number for that notice; it is not a government or court filing number.

Every notice states its notice type, the authority it is issued under, the authority that issued it, and its status — in force,superseded, or withdrawn. Where a later notice replaces an earlier one, both notices link to each other, so a reader can follow the chain rather than rely on a copy.

To confirm a notice is genuine, check that it appears in this register and compare its reference number with the one printed on the document. A communication that claims to come from the Trust but does not appear here should be treated as unverified. The Trust never asks anyone to pay a fee in advance of a recovery, and never asks for private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
